So what do I do if the demo ran out and I can't spend $25 on it? Be specific; don't just tell me to torrent it, because I always end up choosing the thing with 800 viruses. You'd have to tell me specifically where to get it.

And it would be a lot better and easier if you just knew of a reliable source to get it for $10 or less, or whatever.

This doesn't include version 2, so you probably don't care, but I thought I'd put it here just in case. https://www.humblebundle.com/weekly

This is an interesting glitch/thing. Turn off your internet or set up a firewall for ETS 2, and when it usually asks for the key, it won't. It will allow you to play the full game "temporarily", but nothing will stop it. You can reconnect to the internet after you load into the game. Do this every time and it works as if you bought it.

I did see that, but I dunno... I'd prefer to stick to real brands. And "Majestic"....

It's never asked me for a key? I downloaded the demo through Steam, so does that mean I can't play anymore at all? D:

I downloaded it through the ETS website. Maybe if you downloaded the demo through there it would work. I'm not sure about Steam though. :(

Damn.... I would re-download, but I don't want to start over completely. Oh well...

Humble bundles are the real deal. If you can't afford the 5$ donation to charity then you can't afford the electricity to be playing games. You punk.

You'll have to wait for it to go on sale then. Try checking Green Man Gaming out when they have a sale - their coupon codes stack with their storewide sales, and they give out incredible amounts of those coupon codes.

Wait for it to go on sale, then buy it on steam.

Seriously, that is what I did. Anything else is you screwing the makers of the game. If you like it enough to play it, you should be willing to pay for it.

I'm definitely willing, but not able. That's the problem. I could afford it if it was about half what it is now. :/

In the first one, Scania is "Swift" and I'm not sure what the others are called, but their logos are changed. Only the second one has any licensing for real trucks, with the exception of Mercedes.
